Project Resources Group, Inc. is seeking a route-based Construction Coordinator to support fiber networks by planning and driving a dedicated route, monitoring for issues, and coordinating with clients and contractors in the field.

The role requires outdoor work, a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will review tickets, maps, and prints, and communicate with stakeholders to prevent outages.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current driver's license, a reliable personal vehicle, and auto insurance meeting state requirements.
• Dependability and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to work independently in the field in all weather.
• Must be able to walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong knowledge of fiber engineering basics.
• Good communication with colleagues, customers, contractors, homeowners.
• Attention to tickets, maps, and prints.
• Comfort driving long distances daily.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily assignments and plan the route.
• Drive assigned fiber route with substantial windshield time.
• Visit and monitor existing fiber routes.
• Review 811 locate tickets and maps to stay ahead of digging activity.
• Provide first-level support and mitigate issues before escalation.
• Log changes in infrastructure or conditions along the route.
• Report to the field to verify work quality and adherence to the SOW.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers, contractors, homeowners.
