Project Resources Group, Inc. seeks a hands-on Construction Coordinator to manage a route-based fiber network field program in Brinkley, Arkansas. You will be the eyes and ears on the ground, planning daily routes, monitoring routes, and preventing issues before they arise.

The role emphasizes independent work outdoors, strong communication with clients and contractors, and thorough ticket/map review. Compensation ranges $28–$34/hour with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to walk long distances and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with field-based construction or network monitoring.
• Strong communication with customers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily assignments and plan your route.
• Drive assigned fiber routes with substantial windshield time.
• Visit and monitor existing fiber routes for potential issues.
• Review 811 locate tickets, maps, and prints to stay ahead.
• Log and elevate changes in infrastructure or conditions along the route.
• Communicate professionally with colleagues, customers, contractors, and homeowners.
