Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Field Service Technician 1 in Marion, Ohio. This role involves on-site repairs, inspections, and maintenance of building products while ensuring high safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma, excellent communication skills, and the stamina to perform physical repairs. Qualifications
1–2 years of general construction or building material installation experience preferred.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs consistently.
Valid driver’s license with ability to successfully clear an MVR check.
Responsibilities
Perform basic field repairs, including hardware and glass replacements.
Conduct on-site evaluations to assess product performance.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain safety equipment.
Operate company vehicles safely and perform routine maintenance.
Manage tools and supplies inventory effectively.
Communicate effectively with customers.
