Job summary

Clarke Power is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training across our nationwide network of customers, dealers, and field technicians. The role also owns documentation updates, curriculum development, and collaboration with SMEs, Engineering, and Customer Support to reflect current products and processes.

The trainer will work across office, classroom, manufacturing, and field environments, using LMS and MS Office tools, with regular on-site

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience delivering instructor-led, hands-on, and virtual training.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Technical/mechanical experience in diesel engines, power generation, fire protection, or related industrial equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-house factory training courses and fulfill training requests.
• Coordinate logistics for in-house factory training events.
• Develop training materials and assessments with SMEs.
• Manage technical documents and ensure they are current and accessible.
• Serve as primary contact for training inquiries and registrations.
• Evaluate learner performance and drive program improvements.
