Job summary

Qualifications
- Formal Education High School diploma or GED.
- Experience 5-6 years.
- Able to communicate effectively in writing and speech.
- Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Windows.
Responsibilities
- Instructs instructor-led courses for Ring Power employees and customers.
- Develops and updates training materials on technical topics.
- Ensures viable classroom, labs; maintains and repairs assets as needed.
- Travels to deliver training and conferences; supports overseas requests.
- Keeps training records in EDGE and manufacturer databases.
- Assists field personnel on diagnostic issues when requested.
- Attains required manufacturer credentials to remain qualified.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
