Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5-6 years of experience in related role.

• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Licensing/certification in related field may be desired.

Responsibilities

• Performs instructor led courses for Ring Power employees and Ring Power customers.
• Develops and updates training materials on technical and industry topics.
• Maintains classroom and lab spaces; updates assets as needed.
• Travels to deliver training and participate in conferences.
• Maintains training records in EDGE and manufacturer databases.
• Supports field personnel on diagnostic issues when requested.
• Attains required manufacturer training and credentials for instructors.
