• Comfortable using technology, including learning management systems (LMS) or training tracking tools.
• A commitment to safety, learning, and team development.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate training records, track progress, and support audits or compliance reviews.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback and monitor effectiveness of training programs; recommend improvements for greater impact.

Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Technical Trainer to join our team. In this key role, you will deliver hands-on training and learning experiences for new and existing team members across our manufacturing operations. Working Conditions

• This position requires time on the production floor as well as in classroom or meeting settings.
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods and occasionally lift training materials or equipment up to 25 lbs.
