Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college degree program and graduating within 12 months preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist an experienced Project Manager in the field.
• Coordinate with on-site subcontractors and site teams.
• Interact with customers during home construction.
• Opportunity to rotate through Sales, Land Research, Building Products and Mortgage Banking.
