Job summary

NVR is offering a 12-week Construction Management Intern internship designed to immerse you in hands-on, field-based project management within the homebuilding industry. You will shadow a Senior Project Manager, work with on-site subcontractors, and interact with customers building their new home.

During the program you will also explore Sales & Marketing, Land Research, Building Products, and Mortgage Banking to understand how a home is brought from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• Highly driven with leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and business partners.
• Currently enrolled in a college degree program, and preferably scheduled to graduate within 12 months of the internship.
• Current Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist an experienced Project Manager in the field.
• Work directly with on-site subcontractors.
• Interact with customers building their new home.
• Spend time in other areas of our business: Sales & Marketing, Land Research, Building Products, Mortgage Banking.
