This role involves spending 80-100% of the time in-store, executing sales, and influencing distribution and merchandising plans. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or, alternatively, 5+ years of consumer products experience, alongside strong selling skills and the ability to work independently. The position offers a competitive salary range of $47,500 to $74,800 plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in consumer products industry.
• Ability to interact with store personnel and influence through data.
• Must have a personal vehicle with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Spend 4-5 days a week in the market as the face of the Brand.
• Execute sales calls to achieve target sales goals.
• Manage timely execution of all sales programs and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and productivity.
