Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a dedicated Area Execution Manager to lead retail merchandising across a designated market. You will perform resets, installations, and break-fix tasks, while guiding in-store teams to meet client standards and timelines.

The role requires 2+ years in retail merchandising, strong teamwork, and the ability to travel regularly within the market. A valid driver's license and forklift certification or willingness to obtain it within 30 days are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising or related field experience.
• Experience leading or guiding field associates.
• Ability to read, interpret planograms and project instructions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory — resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory.
• Direct the in-store team on assigned projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks, inspect work against standards.
• Serve as in-market point of contact; build relationships with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting via company mobile apps; verify reporting accuracy.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards on site and address unsafe conditions.
• Escalate coverage gaps and staffing needs to District Manager.
• Lead the in-store team to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.
• Train and coach team on merchandising, installation, safety, dress code, and retailer requirements.
