Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across an assigned Florida market. You will perform resets, planograms, and installations while guiding a team of associates to deliver high-quality results on schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising or related field experience.
• Experience leading or directing field associates.
• Ability to read and execute planograms and project instructions.
• Must be able to travel within assigned territory, including occasional overnights.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising, resets, and installations.
• Direct the in-store team, communicate instructions, and inspect work for quality and safety.
• Serve as in-market point of contact with store management and clients.
• Complete on-time project reporting with photos and data via company apps.
• Plan daily travel to meet project timelines and maintain safety standards.
• Escalate coverage gaps and staffing needs to the District Manager.
• Train and coach associates on merchandising standards and safety.
• Participate in hiring input and onboarding as requested.
