Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across an assigned market in Florida. The role involves performing resets, installations, and planogram compliance, while guiding a team of merchandising associates to deliver high-quality, on-time results.

You will coordinate with the District Manager, manage travel between stores, and ensure safe operations per OSHA standards. Regular field travel and reporting are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, displays, resets, or related field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing field associates; formal or informal lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory — resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory
• Direct the in-store team on assigned projects: communicate project instructions, sequence tasks on site, and inspect completed work against standards
• Serve as the in-market point of contact; build and maintain relationships with store management and client representatives
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting through company mobile apps and systems, and verify reporting accuracy
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines
• Enforce safety standards on site; ensure safe use of tools and equipment, and stop unsafe conditions
• Escalate coverage gaps, staffing needs, and issues to the District Manager
• Lead the in-store team of merchandising associates in quality and timely completion
• Train, coach, and demonstrate standards for merchandising, installation, break fix, safety, dress code, and retailer requirements
• Provide input to the District Manager on associate performance and onboarding
