Responsibilities

• Provide courteous repair services on equipment in practitioners' offices.
• Install basic equipment on site when needed.
• Maintain tools and inventory in the vehicle.
• Follow troubleshooting steps to diagnose problems.
• Prepare timely service reports and billable work orders.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and use PPE.
• Coordinate with team and dispatch for on-time service.
• Attend training and complete required manufacturer courses.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Complete all paperwork (FDA forms, expense reports) on time.
