Qualifications

• Typically 2+ years of field service experience.
• Basic mechanical background and customer service background.
• On-site installation and repair exposure and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provides repair services to customers in a courteous and professional manner; may perform basic installation.
• Maintains necessary tools and keeps van inventory stocked and ready.
• Completes on-site installation, repair, maintenance and tests under supervision.
• Follows troubleshooting steps to diagnose errors and determine solutions.
• Understands customer requirements and makes recommendations to improve experience.
• Produces timely service reports and closes work orders with details for billing.
• Attends Henry Schein training and safety protocols; uses PPE as required.
• Communicates progress to team members and HUB dispatchers.
• Submits all paperwork within required timeframes (FDA forms, expenses, etc.).
• Complies with Fleet Management and OSHA policies; supports special projects as needed.
