Henry Schein is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to repair and service medical equipment at practitioner offices. You will work under the direction of a Lead Technician or Project Coordinator, collaborating with experienced technicians to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

The role involves on-site service, basic installation tasks, diagnostic troubleshooting, and timely reporting. Travel to various sites and adherence to safety and paperwork processes are required.

Qualifications

• Typically 2+ years of field service experience with basic mechanical background and customer service experience.
• High School education; an associates degree or technical certification is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Compliance with OSHA regulations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provides repair services to customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• May provide basic installation services as needed.
• Maintains necessary tools and has them readily available for installation and repair.
• Completes on-site installation, repair, maintenance and tests under supervision.
• Follows troubleshooting steps to diagnose errors and determine solutions.
• Communicates with team members and HUB dispatchers on progress and needs.
• Submits all work orders and paperwork in a timely manner.
• Complies with Fleet Management and OSHA requirements.
