Qualifications

• 2+ years of field service experience with demonstrated proficiency.
• Associates degree or technical certification preferred.
• Strong customer service background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides repair services to customers in a courteous and professional manner; may provide basic installation.
• Maintains tools and equipment for installation and repair tasks.
• Performs on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing under supervision.
• Follows troubleshooting steps to diagnose problems and determine solutions.
• Represents customer requirements and makes recommendations to optimize experience.
• Maintains van inventory and completes timely service reports.
• Attends training including Henry Schein training and manufacturer tech training.
• Complies with OSHA regulations and uses PPE as needed.
• Communicates progress to team members and HUB dispatchers.
