Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. in Nampa, Idaho, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business within our equipment rental range. You will develop your assigned territory, implement sales plans, and grow the existing customer base to strengthen our national branding.

The role requires a 4-year degree or 1 year of related sales experience (or 3–4 years in sales), a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Bilingual Spanish-optional in some locations.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of related sales experience OR 3-4 years of related sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Generate profitable business from the range of equipment your profit center specializes in.
• Develop your assigned territory and implement sales plans to grow business.
• Maintain the current customer base and help build the national Sunbelt branding identity.
