Qualifications

• Requires supervisory experience on heavy equipment projects.
• Experience creating maintenance plans and budgets.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and vehicle compliance.
• Proficiency with digital inspection and maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the field mechanics on assigned site.
• Create Equipment Matrix with start dates, milestones, and descriptions.
• Establish local vendors for oil changes, tires, and parts.
• Maintain equipment budgets for repairs and rentals.
• Conduct daily safety checks and POD updates.
• Schedule trucking and ensure BOLs and insurance are in place.
