Job summary

Energy Project Solutions (EPS) is seeking an Environmental Construction Manager (ECM) to support environmental compliance during construction of utility-scale energy projects in Washington. The role involves field oversight, coordination with the EPC contractor, and ensuring permits, plans, and commitments are followed.

The ECM will help with stormwater compliance, cultural resources, and Section 106 coordination as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental compliance, inspection, or construction oversight on active projects.
• Familiar with Washington State environmental requirements, including stormwater and cultural resources procedures.
• Able to understand project permits, environmental plans, and commitments and communicate requirements clearly to field teams.
• Skilled at completing forms, writing reports, and maintaining organized documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor field construction activities and communicate environmental requirements to EPC contractor and project teams.
• Coordinate with EPS on compliance status, field observations, and corrective actions.
• Support compliance with Washington State and federal permits, plans, and commitments, including stormwater and cultural resources.
• Assist with Section 106 requirements when applicable, coordinating with cultural resource specialists.
• Complete project, permit, and agency reporting forms and submit within timelines.
• Attend project meetings and provide updates on environmental requirements.
