Job summary

Energy Project Solutions (EPS) seeks an Environmental Construction Manager to support environmental compliance during construction of utility-scale energy projects in Washington. You will monitor field activities, ensure environmental requirements are understood, followed, and documented, and coordinate with EPC contractors and project teams.

You will handle stormwater controls, cultural resource concerns, and related reporting, with onsite work 100% of the time across project sites in

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental compliance on active construction projects.
• Familiar with Washington environmental requirements and stormwater controls.
• Ability to complete forms and maintain organized documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction activities in the field and communicate environmental requirements to the EPC contractor and project teams.
• Coordinate with EPS on compliance status, field observations, and corrective actions.
• Support compliance with Washington State and federal permits, plans and commitments, including stormwater and cultural resources.
• Assist with Section 106 coordination when applicable and coordinate with cultural resource specialists.
• Complete project, permit, agency, and self-reporting forms within timelines.
• Attend meetings, provide updates on environmental requirements, and follow up on open items.
• Prepare weekly reports covering field activities, compliance observations, issues, and actions.
• Maintain organized records, including inspection docs, photos, and correspondence.
• Support audits and reporting by gathering records and tracking actions.
• Communicate environmental concerns promptly and drive corrective actions to resolution.
