Job summary

Energy Project Solutions (EPS) seeks an Environmental Construction Manager to support environmental compliance during utility-scale construction in Washington state. This onsite role requires thorough field presence, clear communication, and meticulous record-keeping.

You will monitor activities, coordinate with EPS and the EPC team on compliance status, stormwater and cultural resources, Section 106 when applicable, complete reporting forms, and maintain organized records to support project

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental compliance on active construction projects.
• Familiarity with Washington State environmental requirements and construction-phase practices.
• Ability to complete forms and maintain organized documentation.
• Strong communication skills for field teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor field construction activities and communicate environmental requirements to the EPC contractor and project teams.
• Coordinate with EPS on compliance status, field observations, emerging concerns, and corrective actions.
• Support compliance with permits, plans, and commitments including stormwater, cultural resources, and Section 106 when applicable.
• Complete project, permit, agency, and self-reporting forms within required timelines.
• Attend project meetings and provide updates on environmental requirements and open items.
