EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., PBC is seeking an experienced Environmental Compliance Project Manager to join its EHS consulting practice across the Pacific Northwest. You will lead environmental compliance initiatives, manage complex projects, mentor staff, and foster client relationships across WA, OR, and ID.

You’ll guide SPCC, SWPPP, DMR reporting and regulatory programs while promoting sustainability and resilience for regional clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage environmental compliance projects from planning through execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring successful project delivery and exceptional client service.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and team resources.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for continued support.
• Provide technical guidance on Industrial Stormwater Compliance, Municipal Stormwater Programs, SPCC, Waste Management, Wastewater Operations and Compliance.
• Lead preparation of environmental compliance reports and plans, including SPCC Plans, SWPPPs, DMRs, and reporting.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level environmental professionals.
• Develop and deliver training related to environmental compliance and EHS requirements.
• Support clients in achieving sustainability, climate action, and resiliency objectives; assist with environmental management programs and corrective action plans.
