Job summary

EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., PBC. is seeking an Environmental Compliance Project Manager to lead complex environmental programs for a large regional client across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.

The role combines project management, technical leadership, and client engagement to achieve regulatory compliance and sustainable outcomes. The position requires 5–10+ years of experience in environmental compliance/EHS, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong communication

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
5-10+ years of professional experience in environmental compliance and/or EHS.
Strong knowledge of federal environmental regulations in WA, OR, ID.
Hands-on experience with inspections, audits, and sampling.
Experience developing SOPs, compliance programs, and training materials.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage environmental compliance projects from planning through execution.
Serve as primary client contact to ensure project delivery and client service.
Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and resources.
Mentor and develop junior staff and deliver training on compliance and EHS.
