Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical devices or healthcare.
• Alternatively, 5+ years in B2B or territory-based sales with proven performance.
• Willingness to travel across territory and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a sales territory by promoting ENT products to physicians and healthcare providers.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets through territory planning and account development.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Support product evaluations and customer demonstrations in office environments.
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and value to support decisions.
• Build relationships with surgeons, clinicians, office staff, and key decision-makers.
• Manage inventory, forecast territory needs, and maintain records.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to execute territory strategies.
