Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Field Engineering Supervisor to lead the Field Engineer team and deliver technical support to sales, development, engineering, product management, and tribal casino customers.

You will drive requirements analysis, project scheduling, defect triage, and process improvements, mentor staff, ensure documentation, and coordinate training and interviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of leadership experience in Field or Customer Service.
• Casino gaming experience preferred.
• Initiative-taking and ability to supervise multiple small to medium-sized projects of low to medium complexity.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with a record of diligence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities involving the Field Engineer group to support client-facing units, product development, technical staff, and tribal casino customers.
• Lead requirements analysis, project scheduling, defect triage, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with departmental management and partners to achieve business goals.
• Mentor team members and provide clear guidance.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of all project responsibilities.
• Conduct training for new hire Field Engineers and coordinate interviews for candidates.
• Supervise work schedules and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
• Perform routine audits and inspections of Aristocrat equipment at customer sites.
