Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Field Engineer I to join our team and drive pre-sales consultation, implementation, and post-sales technical support for our gaming systems. You will serve as the primary technical contact at customer sites, plan installations, and troubleshoot issues across software, firmware, and hardware.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization, and networking.
• Familiarity with containers (Kubernetes) and SAN environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customer sites, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Plan, coordinate, and complete software installations, upgrades, and hardware configurations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to software, firmware, and hardware.
• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely execution.
• Furnish post-installation aid to preserve system stability and customer happiness.
• Collaborate with collaborators to ensure adherence to all regulatory and operational requirements.
• Document processes and compose detailed reports to support continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Travel up to 75% to support client locations and project activities.
