Job summary

Roche Support Network seeks a Field Engineering Specialist to service Roche products in the San Fernando Valley, Ventura County and the greater Los Angeles area. The ideal candidate will reside in West Hills and travel daily, including overnight stays up to 30%, performing on-site installations, repairs and preventative maintenance.

The role requires strong technical skills in mechanical, hardware and software, plus connectivity knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Travel and showcase expertise in technical repair and installation for Roche assigned product lines.
• Provide service to laboratory customers in assigned territory.
• Perform routine technical support, on-site service, repair, and installation of Roche products.
• Serve as a customer contact for technical and service-related issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures.
• Document activities, contribute to quality improvement, and maximize customer satisfaction.
