Job summary

Responsibilities

Install, maintain and repair Roche Diagnostics’ equipment following standard practices.
Identify and analyze problems; escalate complex issues as needed.
Provide routine technical support and operator troubleshooting training when required.
Document service reports, updates and emails promptly and professionally.
Manage inventory and company property; keep expenses within guidelines.
