Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced CRM Field Engineering Team Lead in the Charlotte area. You will guide team resources, mentor junior engineers, and align staffing with project workload to ensure successful CAD, RMS, and mobile app deployments.

Role includes managing budgets, assets, and performance while coordinating with cross-functional partners. Occasional travel (~25%) may be required; a technical degree and certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree required.
• Industry certification such as Network+ or CCNA preferred.
• 5+ years in a technical environment as FE, SE, or manager.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage team resources to align size with workload.
• Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
• Coach and develop junior Field Engineers; mentor and train.
• Oversee performance management and career development.
• Manage tools, test equipment, and assets; ensure accountability.
• Occasional travel up to 25% as needed for projects.
