Bechtel is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer to manage field engineering leadership on LNG plant projects along the US Gulf Coast. You will lead work planning, packaging, material management, and quality control to ensure safe, complete field execution.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and substantial experience, with flexibility for future mobility across Bechtel’s Global Business Units. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting large-scale energy and infrastructure programs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years of relevant work experience.
• Technical knowledge of construction engineering across one or more disciplines and project interfaces.
• Familiar with Bechtel's ES&H Handbook, Core Processes and environmental requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team and provide field engineering leadership for work planning, packaging, and coordination.
• Oversee material management, quantity validation, safety and quality control.
• Coordinate system turnover and subcontracts with startup teams and vendors.
• Ensure field activities meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Promote zero-accident safety culture and safe operation of tools and equipment.
• Act as System Turnover and STR/Subcontract Coordinator when required.
