Job summary

Eversource Energy in Massachusetts is seeking an engineering leader to oversee the safe, efficient completion of projects, supervise engineers and technicians, and manage field testing for protection and control schemes on transmission and distribution substations.

You will promote a safety-first culture, coordinate with contractors and ISO, and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering high-quality customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electrical technology, or similar discipline or equivalent experience.
• Five (5) or more years of experience; transmission, distribution and power systems experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Leads field testing for protection & control schemes on T&D substations.
• Supervises engineers and technicians on projects; promotes safety culture.
• Coordinates outage tests and manages resources; ensures compliance with regulations.
