Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accountable for safe execution of field activities and set safety expectations.
• Prioritize work to ensure safe and efficient use of resources.
• Provide ongoing feedback and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure proper application of local union contracts and resolve grievances.
• Coordinate with other utilities, Eversource departments, and contractors.
• Manage project within budgetary guidelines and timelines.
• Prepare and review time, expenses, and materials records accurately.
• Demonstrate customer-first attitude and resolve customer issues quickly.
