Job summary

Harper GC in Greenville, SC, seeks a hands-on Construction Superintendent to lead a crew and Trade Partners on site, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to Harper’s standards. You will plan work, assign tasks, track labor hours, coordinate with Owners and Architects/Engineers, and drive project delivery through effective scheduling and field QA/QC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with internship experience on a jobsite.
• OSHA 30 certified preferred.
• Experience building from the ground up on multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the jobsite crew and Trade Partners, ensuring safety and quality.
• Manage schedules and coordinate with Owners and Architects/Engineers on field issues.
• Conduct weekly site safety inspections and safety talks; drive incident investigations.
• Coordinate with Safety Manager and ensure compliance with local building codes.
