Job summary

Harper GC is seeking an on-site Foreman to oversee construction activities in Greenville, SC. You will coordinate Trade Partners, manage schedules, and ensure safety compliance while maintaining project quality and progress.

The role requires OSHA 30 certification, 4+ years of supervision, and strong communication with owners, architects, and engineers. Travel to multiple job sites is expected, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of jobsite supervision experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades on construction sites.
• Proven safety leadership and implementation of safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main on-site contact for the project.
• Oversee scheduling, logistics, and sequencing of work.
• Lead safety meetings, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate with Trade Partners and design teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure QA/QC through inspections and documentation.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and SOPs.
