Job summary

Harper GC seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on multi-site construction projects. You will oversee scheduling, safety, QA/QC, and coordination with owners, designers, and trade partners to keep projects on schedule while meeting quality standards.

This role requires extensive field leadership, a strong safety mindset, and proficiency with Procore and BIM-driven workflows. Travel to multiple job sites is expected, with a path to project leadership within Harper GC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of jobsite supervision experience.
• Five+ years as a Superintendent or equivalent.
• Ability to lead safety programs and enforce OSHA standards.
• Strong scheduling and QA/QC oversight on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for the project at the jobsite.
• Oversee scheduling, delivery, logistics and phasing to maintain on-time completion.
• Coordinate with Owner, Architect/Engineer and Harper staff on field issues.
• Lead safety initiatives including SOAR and toolbox talks.
• Develop and manage QA/QC programs and RFI processes.
• Supervise field staff and subcontractors; manage timesheets and daily reports.
• Oversee coordination of all trade partners and site logistics.
• Create and maintain project schedules and recovery strategies.
