Job summary

Harper General Contractors is seeking a Superintendent to join our Columbia, SC project team. This role focuses on leading on-site decisions, coordinating with the Project Manager, and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence while supporting Harper's growth in the Southeast.

The ideal candidate brings extensive field supervision experience, strong safety leadership, and the ability to manage trade partners and field staff across complex projects with BIM tools and Procore.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Experience leading safety culture on jobsite.
• Ability to manage field staff and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for the project at the jobsite.
• Oversee project scheduling, logistics, QA/QC and safety.
• Lead coordination with trade partners and field staff.
• Develop and manage project QA/QQC processes.
• Oversee safety requirements and investigations.
• Maintain daily reports and timesheets.
