Job summary

Harper GC in Asheville, NC is seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on complex projects. The role requires ensuring safety, coordinating trades, and maintaining project schedules to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will supervise field staff and drive QA/QC efforts across the site. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of supervision, 5+ years as a superintendent, and proven ability to collaborate with owners, designers and constructors to resolve issues and

Qualifications

• 10 years of jobsite supervision experience.
• 5+ years as a Superintendent.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites.
• Ability to read and update project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for the project at the jobsite.
• Oversee scheduling, logistics, and QA/QC.
• Ensure safety compliance and implement Harper safety standards.
• Coordinate with Owner, Architect/Engineer and trade partners.
• Develop and maintain site logs and daily reports.
