Job summary

Harper invites a Project Engineer to join our on-site teams across Greenville, SC. You will assist Project Managers and Superintendents to maintain safety, quality, and schedule while supporting a profitable project execution.

You will lead coordination with owners, architects, and trade partners, oversee scheduling, logistics, QA/QC activities, and field reporting. This role requires a BS degree and hands-on construction experience, with Procore knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience reading plans and specs and coordinating field operations.

Responsibilities

• Be the on-site main contact for the project.
• Oversee scheduling, delivery, logistics, and phasing.
• Coordinate with Owners and Architects/Engineers on field issues.
• Lead safety initiatives and enforce Harper safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Safety Manager for site-specific safety plans.
• Assist in creating schedules and sequencing of work.
• Manage timesheets, daily reports, and field equipment.
• Oversee QA/QC activities and punch list completion.
• Coordinate with trade partners and resolve RFIs.
