Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil, electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering or related field.
0–3 years of construction experience, preferably infrastructure/heavy civil.
Willing to travel and relocate across the United States.
Ability to work >40 hours/week, including nights/weekends.
Must have a valid Driver’s License and ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Interpret drawings and specifications for field crews; prepare work plans and packages; coordinate material logistics and field inspections.
Perform takeoffs from drawings; assist in pricing change orders; supervise subcontractor operations.
Support project controls, scheduling, and procurement activities.
Assist in expediting material deliveries, estimating, and processing change orders.
Lead or participate in project meetings; may lead small projects or supervise crews.
