Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil, electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering or related field.
• 0-3 years construction experience preferred, including infrastructure/heavy civil projects.
• Willingness to relocate across the United States for projects.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings and specifications for field crews; prepare work plans and packages; coordinate material logistics.
• Perform takeoffs from drawings; assist in pricing change orders; provide field support and submittals.
• Support project controls, engineering interface, subcontractor management, and scheduling.
