Mass Electric Transportation is hiring early career field/office engineers to support transit, light rail and data-center projects across North America. Candidates should be graduates in construction management or related engineering fields and be willing to relocate to major metro areas as work progresses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, electrical, mechanical or related field.
• 0–3 years of construction experience; infrastructure/heavy civil preferred.
• Ability to travel and relocate initially and throughout career.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and be able to access construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings and specs for field crews, prepare work plans and packages.
• Coordinate material deliveries, logistics, and field inspections to ensure safety and quality.
• Support project controls, pricing change orders, and subcontractor oversight.
• Assist project management with expediting deliveries, change orders, and monthly billings.
• Lead meetings and contribute to status updates; may lead small projects.
