Qualifications

• Travel and relocate initially and throughout your career.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil, electrical, mechanical, industrial engineering or related field.
• 0–3 years of construction experience preferred, including infrastructure/heavy civil projects.
• Willingness to work more than 40 hours/week and non-standard hours as needed.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethics, safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings and specifications for field crews; prepare work plans and packages; coordinate material logistics.
• Perform takeoffs from drawings; assist in pricing change orders; provide field support and subcontractor oversight.
• Support project controls, engineering interface, subcontractor equipment management, and scheduling.
• Assist in expediting material deliveries, estimating, and processing change orders; prepare monthly billings and progress estimates.
• Participate in project meetings and lead on small projects if needed.
• May serve as discipline engineer or lead on small operations; may share superintendent responsibilities.
