The role requires 4+ years of relevant experience, strong LAN/WAN knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 75%. A CJIS background check is required before assignment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in LMR, RF systems, or networking equipment.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
• Travel up to 75% to support customers in multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for RF and broadband systems.
• Program, configure, test, and document complex communications systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document results.
• Submit weekly activity reports.
