Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Field Engineer to provide high-level technical support, optimization, and documentation for specialized communications systems across the T5 South territory. The role covers RF, broadband, networking, and IT systems, with extensive travel (75%+) across MO, IL, KS, KY, IN, IA, and surrounding areas.

A valid US driver’s license and CJIS-background screening are required. Legal authorization to work in the United States is essential, and the base salary is disclosed

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in LMR, RF Systems, Radio Communications, or related fields.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and optimization for RF and Broadband systems.
• Program, configure, test, and document complex communications systems.
• Submit comprehensive weekly activity reports.
• Maintain knowledge of LAN/WAN, networking, and IT infrastructure.
