Job summary

Flintco is seeking a Field Engineer to assist the Project Manager and on-site Superintendent. You will manage project documentation, track progress, and help ensure the work aligns with drawings and schedules.

The role requires an Associates or B.S. in Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent, with 0–2 years’ experience. On-site duties include site visits, safety checks, and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of construction management/field experience accepted.
• Knowledge of construction drawings, specs, and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Review project documents and participate in meetings with key stakeholders.
• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules and track progress.
• Aid in reviewing subcontracts and purchase orders for scope and cost accuracy.
• Support field inspections, safety activities, and punch list work.
• Assist in material handling and logistics on site.
• Maintain project documentation and communication logs.
• Support survey and layout teams with grid lines and elevation controls.
