Job summary
Automated Logic, a Carrier Company, is seeking a Field Engineer to deliver durable building automation solutions. You will apply solid technical judgment to complex project challenges and own projects from start to finish.
Travel will be required to support dynamic operations, and you’ll participate in an on-call rotation, delivering quick issue resolution, system optimization, and proactive customer support. Join a team focused on reliability and service excellence.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC systems, building controls, BAS platforms, and central plant fundamentals.
- Experience with remotely or onsite troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating resolution.
- 1+ years experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary customer contact, managing communications and schedules.
- Manage server maintenance activities and planned downtime per requirements.
- Document work orders, logs, commissioning records, and updates.
- Review and interpret technical documentation, diagrams, and control sequences.
- Provide technical support via phone, email, ticketing systems, and projects.
