Job summary

Manson Construction Co. is seeking an entry-level Project Engineer to join our field engineering team in the Southeast region. You will collaborate with project engineers, field crews, and managers to support marine construction projects across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering or construction management background and a practical problem-solving approach. Proficiency in MS Office and basic AutoCAD/Bluebeam is desirable for documenting progress and plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• 0-2 years of construction experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office; basic AutoCAD and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily with project crews to review work activities and assist with JSAs.
• Review drawings, specs, and material requirements for quality and contract compliance.
• Maintain and distribute up-to-date plans and specs to management, crews, vendors, and subcontractors.
