Job summary

CloudCover is seeking reliable Field Engineers to support IT, low-voltage, and hardware installation projects at customer sites. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and support a variety of commercial technology equipment, following detailed scopes of work and documenting all actions.

Ideal candidates have IT/low-voltage experience, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision. Travel within assigned markets is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT, low-voltage, cabling, or field service.
• Ability to read and follow installation instructions and document work.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair, and support commercial technology.
• Follow scopes of work and project documentation; take before/after photos.
• Configure remote access as needed and update project records.
• Communicate status with the Project Manager and escalate issues promptly.
• Maintain professional appearance and represent CloudCover at customer locations.
