You will assist on-site supervision, learn layout and surveys, track quantities, manage material deliveries, and contribute to safety and documentation using Procore, CMiC, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Sophomore to senior pursuing Construction Management or Construction Engineering.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Team player, self-motivated, and ready to lead when needed.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist on-site Superintendent and Foreman with a variety of tasks.
• Track quantities and verify material inventory.
• Learn building layout and site surveys.
• Coordinate deliveries and assist with RFI writing.
• Support subcontractors and participate in weekly meetings.
• Maintain as‑builts and project documents using Procore, CMiC, SharePoint.
• Participate in safety audits and maintain daily logs.
